This was a cool spot because my task was to do a little TV trickery.  I was given a static video shot of a prairie dog looking around in a grassy field, and asked to make the prairie dog pop his head up from underneath the grass in the foreground, which he doesn’t do in the original shot.  This took some careful masking and animating to isolate the prairie dog from the background, and then bend and animate his neck and back in a realistic way so that the viewer would never know that the prairie dog did not actually do that.  I also had to mask out some pesky fly in the shot!  I also did the motion graphics in this spot, based off or a static design by the MSA creative department.
